not so much running

I have finished two - hundred mile goals since my last post. I am not doing much running because I can't get past my knee problem but I have not been deterred. I do as much running as I am comfortable with plus I walk fast, ride my bike, and swim plus some weight training. Today I did 30 minutes on the eliptical machine at the gym, and 15 minutes of walking.

  1. I think that I get a better workout from walking fast rather than running. It's always good to try to push yourself though.
